Ever
wanted to help out, but not sure what you could do?
We have a lot of options for you!
Fostering
a dog is always one of the things we need the most help with! The more fosters we have to take in dogs, the
more dogs we can save. We cover all the
costs and give support…you provide the care and love.
Nervous
about taking a dog full time or you don’t feel like you have the time to foster
a dog for a longer period of time?
Temporary fostering may be for you!
Our regular fosters go on vacations or take work trips occasionally too and we
need temp fosters to take care of their foster dogs while they are gone. It may be a weekend or it may be a week. If you are able, you just step forward and
say “I can do it”.

If
you can’t foster, we still need you!
Home
visits are a very important part of our adoption process! After a dog and a potential family meet and
they decide they are a good match, we complete a home visit. We provide the guidance and you provide the
legwork. We supply a questionnaire and
it is simply your job to visit the home and fill out the questionnaire. Could you help?
Intakes
are a very busy and exciting time in rescue.
We are welcoming the new dogs into rescue and making sure the foster
parents have everything they need. We
always need extra hands ensuring that the dogs have a fitted collar and
leash. We need people helping the
fosters get their supplies and bringing their dog safely to their car. We need
help unloading the transport vehicle also.
Does this seem like a match to
you?
We
also occasionally need help with administrative help. Do you have a reliable computer and internet
at home? We have various jobs that
occasionally need your help!
Maybe
you have some unique skills that you can offer us as well. We are always looking for creative
individuals that have the initiative and want to help.
